Welcome to Shellfish Bar. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Shellfish Bar mobile application ("App") and related services provided by Shellfish Bar DMCC. By using our App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
To use our App, you must be at least 18 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may harm Shellfish Bar DMCC or any third party.
All orders made through the App are subject to acceptance by Shellfish Bar DMCC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payments for orders will be processed through secure payment gateways, and you agree to provide accurate payment information.
Delivery times and availability are subject to change based on various factors, including location and demand. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, but we do not guarantee delivery times.
All content and materials on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Shellfish Bar DMCC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shellfish Bar DMCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Shellfish Bar DMCC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
